We want every lesson to match official Canadian sources. Here's how to flag it if one doesn't.
How to report an error
If you believe a lesson, tool description, or any other page contains a factual error, reach out using the contact details on the About page. Please include as much of the following as you can:
- The exact page URL where the error appears.
- The specific text you believe is incorrect, quoted directly.
- A link to the official source (for example, canada.ca or cra-arc.gc.ca) that contradicts it, so the claim can be verified quickly.
What happens next
Reports are reviewed against the official source provided. If an error is confirmed, the affected page is corrected, its "last reviewed" date is updated, and — for factual corrections that changed what a lesson taught — an entry is added to the corrections log below describing what changed and why.
Minor wording or formatting fixes that do not change the substance of a lesson are not logged as corrections.
